The availability of line item invoice information is critical for p-card transactions,
but how do you handle this information if it arrives on your desk in data files or on
paper? And what do you do with those transactions where the enhanced data didn't come
through from the supplier at all? With PCM v2.0, you can see the line item information for
each purchase online - right beside the transaction itself - with tax coding and cost
coding applied each individual line. And for transactions without original line item
data, you just add in the line item details yourself. PCM always knows which transactions
have original enhanced data, so that you can generate your tax-reclaim evidence reports.
Even though PCM v2.0 is a web-based service, it allows you to generate export files to load into your own General
Ledger system. And cost coding is automated using the powerful configuration tools with
in PCM v2.0. This saves you valuable time and data entry effort, and ensures that your accounting
system receives the quality of data it needs to operate to its full potential. PCM supports
up to twelve levels of cost allocation, and integrates with all large and small accounting
systems - including SAP, JD Edwards, Walker, Coda, Lawson and Oracle. |
