"Global MI is the single greatest need that we hear from
multi-national companies…..it's a huge challenge for them - dealing with a variety
of banks in different markets, but still trying to get access to the information
they need and piece it all together. Even when local banks make information available,
its not always complete or in a compatible format. The Multinational ASP service from
D.CAL is designed to meet the urgent reporting needs of these global companies."
Susan Shannon - VP of Product Development, Deecal. |
| Multinational Manager is a service that delivers MI and reporting
on global cardholder spend to multinational managers located across the world.
It provides managers with a consolidated view of card spend across the organization. |
| Deecal has direct "data relationships" with banks and travel agents globally.
Through its relationships with individual banks and travel agents, Deecal captures commercial card data daily on behalf of its multinational
customers. This allows the multinational company to continue to use their bank of
choice locally in each country for their day-to-day operational needs. Deecal
consolidates multinational credit card expenditure and provides a single view of the data from any location. |

| "What did UK employees spend on airline travel this month?" "What
did U.S employees spend with Holiday Inns this year?" Deecal answers these questions for multinational companies.
The D.CAL service provides the multinational with daily on-line access to cardholder spend with airlines, car rental companies,
hotels and restaurants. Managers can monitor airline spend by employees by area of the
business, by country and monitor where employees are travelling to/ from and at what frequency.
This MI and reporting proves invaluable to global travel managers for the
negotiation of global merchant contracts. |
| Multinational Manager is available in English, French, Spanish,
German and Italian. This allows managers to access D.CAL from their local country in
their language of choice. Equally, as cards are issued across the multinational in
multiple billing currencies, Multinational Manager provides the company with the
ability to report in any currency of choice at global or local company defined exchange
rates. |
| Multinationals are provided with a consistent MI
and reporting service regardless of their country of location.
Access to local and global card data is provided from anywhere in the world.
Restricted access to specific countries and products is also available. |
| Where a multinational has specific local country MI or
transaction processing requirements, these can be catered for by D.CAL on
a country-by-country basis. Some of these requirements include: VAT reporting
for Customs and Excise in VAT accredited countries in Europe, capturing line item
and addendum data from local merchants, partnering with Travel agencies to capture
valuable travel information and providing customized export files to local
Accounting Systems. |
